Hopefully a strong UCLA team will shoe up but the crowd may be 50/50.

Which brings the question, ‘Who’s funding Indiana NIL?’
Lightning in a bottle, new coach, loads of transfers, home run QB transfer, really soft schedule.....all adds up to a magical season for Indiana. Trick is going to be sustaining it but I am sure their fanbase is loving the ride.

Holding the ball forever is a disaster against Iowa.

Perfect illustration of the difference between Brosmer and a lot of other college QBs. UCLA has it 2nd and Goal down 7-0. Garbers gets rushed and instead of taking the sack flips the ball into the end zone where it is easily picked off by Iowa for a touchback. Brosmer would have just taken the sack and lived to fight another day.

So instead of walking away tied or down a 7-3 they get nothing and Iowa ends up going 10-0

I've heard they have a lot for basketball but I don't think they are loaded for football. They are still only 53rd in recruiting for 2025 according to 247...probably don't have money coming out of their ears.

They nailed the transfer portal last cycle with a bunch of James Madison guys and their QB. We'll see how well they can repeat it annually but this year they are really good.

I'm hoping Garbers learned his lesson. He threw the ball away multiple times now since that 2nd pick.

ucla into the lead. can't say it looks like iowa is going to do a lot of scoring unless ucla gives it to them

Iowa/UCLA should be a UCLA route heading to halftime but UCLA has turned it over twice at the goal line. They are doing a great job containing Johnson.

UCLA should be monkey stomping Iowa if not for two turnovers in Iowa's endzone. Wow.
