Typical fleck game

Probably...would Irish have made it in if they were in the B1G this year?
I think anyone in the country makes it at 10-2 with wisconsins schedule
Not everyone in the country makes it at 10-2 with Nebraska’s

So I guess it depends on who they would’ve drawn to me.

If they played the same 12 games and had the same 10-2 but had the title “ACC” they’d have been playing Virginia for the conference title game (they only had one ACC loss) in a win and in situation for them

Lol
The good news is is that even if we beat one you’re still a little whiny bitch
We should all be whiny little bitches after a shit shitty game like today in an absolutely abysmal year of college football to watch.

Gophers schedule with losses to OSU and Oregon...

I think gophers would’ve been close at 10-2 this year.
10-2 means Iowa is 7-5
10-2 means cal is 6-6

I don’t have confidence 10-2 MN gets in over 10-2 Miami and Bama but it would’ve been close
I would guess 10-2 Mn this year would’ve been rated in between BYU and Texas or maybe over BYU

Does An Irish team in the B1G with gophers schedule get in...

I think the gophers schedule is harder than the Irish schedule this year.

Really good question I don’t know the answer to.
The gophers two toughest are tougher than ND’s IMO

But ND
USC> Iowa
Pitt, NC state, navy, Boise > Nebraska

So I don’t think so but maybe.
Most years yes. Particularly after the SEC adds a 9th conference game it’s going to be harder for that conference to have 6 teams with 2 losses or fewer

Harbaugh and Simon wanted other plays that had worked better, but Fleck kept overruling them and forcing screens to be called 🤷‍♂️
I just don’t like our offense
Painful to watch.

Feels like we are always running plays right to unblocked box players

Not calling you out here but wanted to say. I wonder how folks think they know stuff like that...

Like they got some inside info on what the coaches are doing and decided to just leak it here?

The theories are also so weirdly simple too ...

I don't like how the offense is working out (well not) either, but I don't pretend to know who exactly is calling what, let alone some conspiracy theory deal where one coach says the other coach shouldn't do a thing, and they should call just bad plays or something ...

Sometimes it lacks in style points (like that matters) but the fact is Fleck has a 37-29 record in his last 66 B1G games and is 7-0 in bowl games.

I have no idea how it works in general or for this game.

Just figured there was almost zero chance it was Matt Simon's fault alone.

Wisconsin and Buffalo were subpar in your opinion? Minnesota could have scored more but choose to run out the clock.
Responded to the wrong guy.

But in my opinion:
10th 8 win season since 1968
Undefeated at home for the first time since the 1960s
10th winning record in the big ten since 1970 (5th in the last 7 years)

0-3 vs top 1/3rd of big ten
1-1 vs middle 1/3rd
4-0 vs bottom 1/3rd

Freshman QB
Lost #2 RB early and had a banged up #1 for a lot of the year
First year DC left something to be desired a few weeks
I don’t like the OC
I don’t like the kicking game.

Team was painful to watch at times but I think if you can’t take any enjoyment from this season it means more about you as a person than the program.
A team that was okay went 8-5 (5-4). There are other things to be whiny bitches about.

I was being sarcastic about Simon

Some always give credit for anything good so I balance by crediting him for anything bad

The pass technique doesn't matter, it was covered every time. It fooled no one.
It’s the same issue that Brosmer has as a pro. He gets there too fast on his progression at times. Lindsey leaves some big plays on the table. He should let it rip deep 2-3 more times a game.

Ah, got it.

I assume the "co-coordinator" title is just on paper and he's defacto the passing game coordinator. Callahan the running game coordinator. Buck stops with Harbaugh.

No idea if Fleck would override any offensive playcall, hopefully not.

They were all clearly set plays...not part of a progression.
