Counting the 2025 season seems illogical.

- Has not started
- Participants in the NFC Championship has not been determined
- Seasons are not counted in this thread until the teams in question have been eliminated from Championship appearance contention

7 Complete NFL Seasons since the Vikings have appeared in the NFC Championship.

The 25 season itself isn't being counted in any way.

I'm saying that if 2024 had been the last season that the Vikings made a NFC champ appearance, and we were in the 2025 season you would say "the Vikings last made the NFC champ game 1 season ago". If it were 2023 instead and we were in the 25 season, you'd say "... 2 seasons ago". And so on .... if it were 2017 and we were in the 25 season, you'd say "... 8 seasons ago".

So, I'm doing that point of view, right now.

Understand your point about the season not starting yet, but the league year has. So, hopefully I've explained my view on it, you are certainly within right to disagree further.
