This offense is good enough to have a name. What should it be?

It is time to name this unique, yet effective Gopher offense. What should it be?

Let's have some fun with this (as if we aren't already having fun this year).

I love FleckBall, but it's derivative (TresselBall).

I think controlling time of possession is the crux of Fleck's philosophy. A nickname that's time-oriented would be good. That, or something based on ball-hogging, being selfish with the ball...

I loved the 1000 cuts comment during the game but not sure I would go with that for a nickname. Something involving a boa-constrictor feels like it would work. The concept being a unit that slowly squeezes the life out of its opponent.

The constrictor thing has always resonated with me. Slow, painful, certain death.

The Anaconda Offense?

The Big Squeeze?

The Suffocator Offense?

THE MINIONS!
seemingly indestructible and coming at you from everywhere!

And they love……
FULL BANANA!!!

NIL possibilities abound!

The defender dilemma option offense.
The: “…take what they give executioner zone…” offense!

(Boa) Constrictor Offense.

They could do a play on Tanner Morgan's name ........MORE GUNS!!

Actually that might now be so good in today's anti-gun society but it would have worked 20-30 years ago!

The B1G T.O.P offense

(with T.O.P. of course, standing for Time of Possession)

and of course, every Big Top has to have clowns, which is why we play Nebraska..........
