The New Recruits

I like the clips of Shinholster. He actually reminds me a little of Kyan Evans. Looks like a good shooter, good handle and smooth athlete.
A little bigger too if I recall. Small guards have hurt us for years.

Shoot...I put on close to 20 pounds of "muscle" my Freshman year in Mankato. Stadium Pizza had a tremendous workout facility and then we went over to Metler's to work on our Women's Studies minors.
Hopefully you stopped by Chevy's before Mettlers to brush up your automotive repair skills while enjoying their taco buffet

12 ounce bicep curls are all the rage!

As long as you do 100s or rather 1000s in a single evening, you will be fine. Especially since you’re also carb loading.

I did quite a few brew curls myself. And sometimes, when I really wanted to feel the burn, I’d double up with a Foster’s Oil Can in each hand.

Me and my best friend joined the 82nd Airborne after high school. For a awhe at Fort Bragg we’d do our morning PT. Then when we’d go lift, when we got off.

The Airborbe PX was next to the gym, it was 1.5 mile walk back. 22 oz bottles of Bud (full flavor) were .95 cents. We’d buy a 24 case as a finishing move, switching carrying back and forth. On Fridays, 2 cases. It was a ridicolously hard walk back. Prideful and stupid as we were, we’d each try carrying both,

Always competitively trying to get the other guy to have a shitty morning PT run (4-6 miles every Morning). We’d call it studying.

Wash rinse repeat, between that and Myrtle Beach, that was basically my summer of 2000.
