The most underrated quarterback in each college football conference (Big Ten: Drake Lindsey, MN)

Hard to work on mobility. Kind of like learning to be fast. He just has heavy legs but might be able to speed up his coverage recognition and get the ball out a little quicker. Receivers that can separate would help.
I guess I would call it more like pocket presence. There have been plenty of QBs who were not "mobile" but had that sense of when to move to extend the play.

Yes, that would describe guys like Brady, Marino and Jurgensen, among others, who were extremely successful without being blessed with superior athleticism.

I never said Cousins is/was was an agile quarterback but he is not an apt candidate for the far end of the mobility scale. For that distinction I would pick someone like Vinny Testaverde. Guys like Brady and Marino were far from nifty but they could take a strategic step or two to get off a throw. Better conditioning could push Lindsey into that group. Also, as I said before, I think Lindsey will get better at recognizing coverages quickly with more experience and maybe he will have better targets. These will help him get rid of the ball sooner and hopefully minimize the effects of his heavy legs.
It depends on where you want to draw the line. I say Cousins is immobile, you disagree. There are greater tragedies in the world.
