Obvious Photoshop. The block TAM logo is parallel with the frame of the photo. This would make it off-kilter with the hat, which is worn at a slight angle. What hat company makes a hat that looks like this:

100% guarantee that a Texas Tech student manipulated this photo using MS Paint and probably received three hours of graduate credit for it.
