Tanner is currently sitting next to Hurts, Tagovailoa, Burrow, and above Fields in QBR as a Sophomore who didn't start most of his first season.
All of those players are likely going to be invited to New York for this year's Heisman selection.
I know it's not going to happen this year, but if Minnesota can string together a 10-win season and he keeps up this level of play, then he is likely going to be a serious contender on the Heisman radar next season.
Does he have a realistic shot at that trophy playing for Minnesota?
