After watching all the bowl games I am optimistic that the new guy has to be an upgrade. Most of the teams make offense look very simple even with mediocre qbs. An OC that has had offense in the top 50 the past 5yrs is a major upgrade over Limey. Bring on 2016!

Pretty huge emphasis from coach Johnson in the video on leadership at the quarterback position being the most important over riding necessary quality to him. So any speculation by some that Leidner might not start next year is even more fool hardy.
