Put me down, too, in the Rescooter and AKGopher camp. We need change at the very top before making the next HC hiring decision. WI had Donna Shalala, who (despite her other faults) made a commitment to winning football at Wisconsin. She saw it as the best way to fund other endeavors at UW, and was proven correct in spades. She got Pat Richter to be the AD, he of the strong UW football pedigree, and he hired Alvarez. The rest is history. If that God-forsaken program could rebound, then so can ours.
