They confronted Freitag and read him his Miranda rights, according to the complaint, and he gave agents permission to search his Bryant Hall dorm room, where they found 112 grams of marijuana and $4,661 in cash.

The agents seized the drugs and the money, but if Freitag was charged with any crime, it is not reflected in court records.

A Tennessee fan has released an alleged picture of Ole Miss defensive end Robert Nkemdiche smoking a bong. The picture, which rapidly spread throughout social media on Sunday night and Monday morning, was initially distributed on Volquest.com, a Tennessee fan message board. A Vol fan posting under the name CM8888 on the site began a Sunday night thread entitled, "Pic of Robert Nkemdiche hitting a bong, no idea how to post."
Inside the thread -- since deleted -- the poster said that he'd received the photo from a friend back in August and had been holding it until the Vols played Ole Miss.

That's a lot a weed.

The last time I saw that much weed it was growing wild in a road ditch by New Richland Minnesota.

Anyone know if Nate Newton is out of prison yet? We know that he delivers.
