Yes. And if your in a relationship they have to want to move to Minnesota. The really good ones have a history where they are with a head position on the horizon or job security. On Pitino's end a ton of vetting and compliance, defined roles, salary, health, philosophy.

Jeter with a very impressive additions to his coaching staff. Nick Irvin, former coach at Morgan Park and the son of Mac Irvin. Chad Boudreau and Kyle Heikkinen. This gives him a chance at fighting to win in that awful job.
