No, it doesn't but dealing with the media is part of the job. Some do it better than others.
I agree it is part of the job and I agree Kill doesn't always deal with it the best way. I guess my point is how well a coach talks to the media is way at the bottom of a list of the most important things a coach does. Criticize him for the decisions he makes, recruiting, etc. All those things affect the results of a game. What a coach says afterwards at a press conference does not influence the play on the field.
I just think some people are upset with the way things have gone (rightfully so) that they will complain with just about anything Kill says.
