Glad we saw the improvement in Mo Walker this year. Coaches did a great job with him. I would also add that Buggs produced way more than I expected. Mason improved throughout the year and will be a tremendous leader next year.
EE has very slow feet for a big man and has never had a shooting touch, there is no way he would have contributed or matured as the idiot from the Trib suggest. To even suggest that EE could have developed into a stud is simply moronic. It is equivalent to every parent of a 5th grader telling their child that they can play Div. I basketball if they just practice and if they don't make it then it's the high school coaches fault.
Or he could turn into another Evan Anderson, Ian Markolf, or J.P. Gavinski.
While Bo Ryan is definitely good at developing players, some players can't be helped no matter who's doing the coaching.
Stud back-up? I call bullsh$t. I could be wrong but it seemed like Eliason's attitude kept him off the court more than anything.
We have such lazy sports writers in the twin cities metro area.
