I think i've only seen Levine play special teams.

-Wells (CB) and Thompson (S) are two true freshmen that have shown a little bit.
-Manuel has all the tools, I could see him moving up to a LB, he's a big kid, but if not, he is in the mix for SS next season.
-Carter is an enigma, I don't have any idea what is going on with him. There are a lot of rumors, but they seem to baseless, so I don't know.
-Vereen will be back and he'll be a JR.
-Stoud hopefully will be back, and will be a SR.
-Supposedly they are pretty high on Montgomery, he is being RS this season, most likely to be a S.
-Bouie hasn't been a factor, but he will be a JR next season.
-Watkins will be a JR next season, and I don't know much about him except he plays decent in the spring games most seasons and then disappears.

As far as DT, I would take one but I don't think it's a neccesity.
MLB possibly? I think the kid who would make the most sense would probably be Maresh, but that seems like an impossibility. He'd have to be pretty decent to beat out Ryan Grant / Aaron Hill (I think he'll get snaps in the middle) and hopefully Beal.

I believe Bouie will be a sophomore.
 

Beal was on the sideline Saturday. He is limping but I didn't see a cast. I hope the young man can successfully rehab and get to the point where he can play. He has been through a ton of adversity.

Maresh? Really? I thought that book was closed.

A lot depends on whether Stoudermire is granted a medical waiver for this year. If he comes back, it will be him and probably Vereen starting, though the JuCo DBs will be great depth and one could definitely overtake Vereen. At any rate, I look forward to the nickel/dime packages being more solid than they have this year.

The safeties are going to be an open competition and it's anyone's guess who will be starting.

Anyone know when we hear back on the medical waiver requests? I think Royston heard back in mid winter. Be nice to hear back early.

End the talk on #11 coming back due to medical waiver. He played in too many games. Hope we can get a couple of the JUCO's. We can offer playing time right away that should help.

He played in 4 games and that's the max. So there is still a chance.
 

He has played in 4 games which is the maximum number of games that can be played before a medical redshirt. He has not played in to many as he has not played in more than four. So he is still eligible for a medical redshirt.
