I found it interesting that in several of the clips from florida, they had him playing the will in their heavy (5-2-4) package, I don't think we need to have any concerns about his speed if Meyer thought he was fast enough to play the weak side. I also found it interesting that despite playing with 5 down on several occasions it seems that the lineman often got to the second level. I didn't see much of Beal coming off of second level blocks, instead it looks like he just tries to run around the lineman and get to the ball carrier without engaging. This is definetly something that Kill will have to coach him up on as our exterior D Lineman often release on the O-Line allowing them to swallow up our backers (see Keanon Cooper). If the kid can learn to come off bigger blockers, there is a good chance that he is an absolute stud in the run game from the Mike position, I can't wait to see him blow up James White and Montee Ball.
