Go Gophers!!
Inexcusable answer.
Go Gophers!!
At least he didn't say "It's all on me"....Thats answer for sitting Hawkins was brutal.
Woulda been better off just saying he forgot about him.
That puts to rest my theory on him being banged up from that drive. The guy is a great free throw shooter. He handles the ball better than anyone on the team. Bad decision.
Go Gophers!!
And the sound of an idiot. That's the look of a defeated man right there.
I’m even more depressed now. Geeze.
Yeah. This is true, there is a team there. They are athletic and look like a Big Ten team. I don’t know if it’s a good Big Ten team, but we shouldn’t be physically dominated this year. That is encouraging and it was fun to watch tonight.Well, look at the bright side. Last year we would have lost that game by double digits. Tough, tough loss but we have the players to do better. They just have to be put in a position to win.
I guess, but Hawkins, literally, might be the ONLY returning college player on this team from a team with a winning record AND he’a a point guard that can draw fouls and cans his free throws.Well, look at the bright side. Last year we would have lost that game by double digits. Tough, tough loss but we have the players to do better. They just have to be put in a position to win.
True, but we got 6 free points from them committing technical fouls. If they don't do that, I be they win by double digits.Well, look at the bright side. Last year we would have lost that game by double digits. Tough, tough loss but we have the players to do better. They just have to be put in a position to win.
And makes threes. You and I could have coached that for a lot less money!I guess, but Hawkins, literally, might be the ONLY returning college player on this team from a team with a winning record AND he’a a point guard that can draw fouls and cans his free throws.
You possibly…I’m getting my money. And makes threes. You and I could have coached that for a lot less money!
Maybe we can hire Bob to sue for emotional damages inflicted on us by the U. We can go class action and Bob can keep the bulk and give us each $10. That’s about what I’m worth now.You possibly…I’m getting my money.
Moronic.
Just back from the game. Honestly that game was more clearly lost by the coach than any college game I have seen. He had them playing not to lose, stalling, with 7-8 minutes to go. We got to 10 fouls on them. You take that ball into the paint either with Garcia or Payne or off the drive. And makes threes. You and I could have coached that for a lot less money!
Great answers from both.
100% insane not to have Hawkins on the floor at the end. If he was concerned on the defensive end, switch him out. I would trust Hawkins over anyone on that team to hit a dagger shot.I guess, but Hawkins, literally, might be the ONLY returning college player on this team from a team with a winning record AND he’a a point guard that can draw fouls and cans his free throws.
Yeah.....that was a game Garcia could have/should have been able to take over and for whatever reason he was not getting the ball late. The 10 second call on Garcia can't happen, he is way too experienced to not get the ball across midcourt. Cam Christie is going to be very good but Garcia needed to have the ball in his hands at the end and he should have been the guy taking the final shots.Yeah. This is true, there is a team there. They are athletic and look like a Big Ten team. I don’t know if it’s a good Big Ten team, but we shouldn’t be physically dominated this year. That is encouraging and it was fun to watch tonight.
I just can’t get over the end. I had other rotation gripes throughout the game but the ending is making it hard to keep in mind the good we saw.
