Anyone else completely surprised we are reading what seems to be the full complaint and text transcript like a couple of hours after this broke? I understand people are making the point about "getting ahead of it"... but this just blows me away.

Easier to release this because he resigned? Had he fought it, would they have released it? Was it actually officially released or was it leaked?

Why is it assumed that records regarding employment and discipline are subject to Freedom of Information Act requests? Almost all such records are shielded.
