Penn State has only one road victory and that is a neutral site game against a bad Syracuse team. The Gophers have momentum and for the first time I think the place will be rocking from start to finish. There will be a fair amount of casual and fair weather fans who finally get something to cheer about. I am not sure of the score but the Gophers win by at least 10 points.
