27-17 Minnesota. Not sure why everyone loves Northwestern. Couldn't win a game with plus 5 turnovers and gave up nearly 500 yards. Michigan is not a juggernaut on offense this year.

Always “look a gift horse in the mouth…”

It was a real disciplined effort to give a game away on the part of Michigan’s offensive game plan/execution and proved to be a “…toothless gift horse…” for that poor purple kitty when at the end of the game Michigan walked off with the win in spite of all Michigan had done to hand the game to Northwestern.

Beat the stinking kitty on Saturday Minnesota!
 



I don't know who's going to come through for the Gophers, but I have a feeling a couple of them are going to play their game of the year and bring us home a victory. First road victory of the season, hopefully a convincing one. On the other hand, I'll settle for close, down to the wire win which features at least a few completed downfield passes. Go Gophers!
