Tanner Morgan's horrible incompletion on third down in the 3Q to the far side was brutal and was the exact moment the momentum changed in the game. Iowa's very next offensive play was the long TD pass to Charlie Jones. Tanner Morgan looked anxious the entire game and IMO, takes the biggest blame for this particular loss.
Fleck's HORRIBLE decision on the 53 yard FG with a backup kicker was simply mind boggling. His in-game decision making rivals Mike ZImmer for amongst the worst I have ever seen. It is crazy that we have HC of our football teams that seem to have identical issues.
I actually thought Mike Sanford called a good game. Seemed to try to be more balanced today.
With the incredible experience of this O-Line, why do we not play more up tempo offense. The times they did in this game were very effective for the most part.
Face it, we have zero chance of beating Wisconsin. This is depressing.
