EE, Mo, Joey and Oto are all walking on eggshells. There is similar pattern with the guard rotation but the AH's and Dre get a little more slack.

Plus, the coaching temper tantrums during the last 10 minutes obviously did not help anything.

I give Pitino high marks for what he says publicly, (not running guys down) but they are getting earful privately and it is not helping the cause.

I feel like we just had a thread where (when we were winning) we discussed how Pitino would get on you about mistakes but also give you a chance to come in and fix it. If the players really are curling up when they get yelled at for doing something stupid, then we need tougher players.

When things go well, we will find a way to take whatever Pitino does and explain how that contributes to success, and then when things go south, we will talk about how the same things are the problem. It is like Tubby's hockey line changes. When we would start the year well, announcers would talk about how brilliant they were because we had two groups who were used to playing with each other and we could wear down opponents by putting in 5 fresh starters. Then he would go on his annual February collapse, and the same announcers would talk about how foolish the line changes were because it prevented the starters from finding a rhythym and we were playing so much of the game with no starters on the floor.
