Please consider making a Politics board

Politics are currently lumped into the "Off Topic Board". That board also has some legitimate non-political threads, mainly for pro sports.

But they are vastly drowned out by the political threads.

Please consider making a separate board just for the political posts. Thank you!

Normally I think politics intertwined with other topics is healthy for a board, but it's gotten so bad and so contentious that I seldom look in the off-topic board for random topics any more.

A separation is needed so we can discuss other topics like MN media, pro-sports teams, pop culture and lighter / not as serious topics.
