A lot of opposing fans talk as if everyone in the conference hates him and/or thinks he's ridiculous.

Of course other fans hate and ridicule him. Good. The Gophs are displacing other teams in the pecking order.

Heard he challenged the other coaches to a timed 40 yard dash. They had to vote for him if he won.

Fleck has done well doing it his way. His way meaning to be positive, work with each other as a team, work hard, study hard in the classroom, and row the boat where good things fill find you. He has done well in Minnesota and I congratulate him.
