Post 12...this thread... Pitino makes 1.6 million.

I think Vegoe was looking at the extension Pitino signed in 2017, not the one he signed in 2019.

The deal he signed in 2019 called for a $2m base salary with increasing retention bonuses at the end of each season, which averaged out to total comp at $2.46m per year over the course of the deal (which has 3 years left after this season).
