Class of all 5-stars comin' in!Thanks for posting, dpo. This is the second quote i've seen from Jerry saying he can't talk about recruiting (and I know he is prohibited from talking about players till they sign) and implying that things are better than he can tell us. hmmmm, very interesting.

It bodes well that Kill feels we're in good shape at RB since he's a straight shooter and knows 1000x more than me, but I don't see it yet. Next to the secondary, it looks to me like our weakest area heading into next year. The Gophers will not turn the corner until we have 1-2 players that have a legitimate shot at 100 rushing yards each game.

When your top back is a senior with 450 yards through 10 games, and the second best running back (Kirkwood) is a Redshirt Freshmen w/ 205 yards on the year, I'd beg to differ.
When your offensive line is starting a true freshman walk on running backs' stats don't tell the whole story.
On his radio show yesterday, Kill described Foster Bush as his best O Lineman - and Bush is one of five OL redshirting. With all the experience the current OL is getting this year and with everyone including the OL and RB's getting another year of lifting and conditioning with Kline, I expect the whole offense and especially the running game to be exponentially better next year.
