Based on interviews and information I have (and essentially everybody else), Stelter could go a long way in luring in Ragnow from Chanhassen. The two have developed a bond having attended camps together and living less than an hour away. Owatonna is closer to the southern suburbs than most people think. This commitment could be a double-wammy.

You're right. Owatonna is a great little city that's just a smidge more than an hour south of downtown Minneapolis and it's right on I-35. While it's not a suburb, it has a somewhat similar feel.
