Some decent games this weekend with a good UCLA v Arizona St tilt late tonight.

Game I most want to see on Saturday is Duke and Miami. Duke is 4-0 and coming off winning their half of the ACC last year. Will be interesting to see if they can get past a Miami team they should be able to handle.

I also think Maryland and Indiana will be a really interesting game. I expect Maryland to handle them rather easily, but we'll see. Indiana is so hard to predict from week to week.

So is basically all of college football. That's what makes it so fun.
 


Watching this Texas Tech v Okie St game reminds me why I hate fast break football. It's no longer about executing better or being the better team. It's about getting players out of position by snapping the ball so fast the defense doesn't have time to call a play. If football was meant to be a continuous playing game there wouldn't be whistles. Its an abomination.

I love football but some of these 4+ hour games are just not that fun to watch.

Sucks that a top 15 match up starts at 9pm on a Thursday night.
 


Agreed. This game is taking far too long. I have the UCLA game paused on the other tuner, but I doubt I'll make more than first half of it.
 

Closing in on 300 yards in penalties in the Texas Tech at Oklahoma State game.
 

It took 40 seconds of game time to turn the ASU-UCLA game completely around.
 

I turn obj the Arizona St game and they look awful. I know their starting QB is hurt, but horrendous tackling on an 80 yard screen pass gave UCLA an easy score. And then an awful red zone pick at the end of the first half. Sun Devils do not resemble a top 15 team to me.
 




UCLA is going to score 70 in this game. I'm going to bed.
 

Ha, that horse collar call in the WI game was a joke. He grabbed the side of his shoulder pads.

Northwestern up 14-0 now on Penn St in Happy Valley.
 


Northwestern just pulled the "Ben Lauer" play on Penn State.
 

Stupid fake field goal attempt by Northwestern, take the points!
 

Chance to go up 17-0 in the first quarter at Penn State so they fake a field goal and get stuffed. Good call Fitz.
 

Not smart, especially running it with a slow QB. Go up 3 scores.
 




Purdue up 10-0. This would be a hilarious loss for Iowa.
 

Wisconsin doesn't look that good and even the announcers are commenting at how quiet it is.
 

South Florida is playing well against WI, especially on defense. Gordon can't get anything right now.
 

The B1G is sooo wide open. Mich St. looks like the only legit dominant team.

Yep, that's why today is so important for the Gophers. Win today and you have two weeks to get healthy, work on the passing game, and prepare for 3 very winnable games.
 

Penn State's O-line is so bad. They're lucky to be 4-0 and are getting exposed today.
