At least Carpenter and Santoso came to play. We'd be in big, big trouble without them right now.

Purdue has been a very good first half team the last few weeks. MN really need to pick it up, weather the storm, and pull away in the 2nd half. But man oh man this is not fun to watch as a fan. Doesn't inspire a lot of confidence for our chances the next 3 weeks.
 

I think anything less than a win @ Wisc and Claeys is gone. I don't anyone can be pleases with most of the product we have on the field. This might be the first year I don't go to a game in about 18 years
 



Maybe Carpenter beat out Santoso in the spring and then Santoso's only option was punter??

Play calling makes no sense at all.......and it doesn't help that Mitch can't recognize the blitz.

My guess is maybe the coaches strongly encouraged Santoso to make the move to Punter because they knew that they had a strong option in Carpenter.
 

Cashman sighting! Special teams stud. Although I wish Poock wasn't hurt, it's nice to see him get a shot on D and make a play...
 

Who is Blake Cashman? I swear we pick guys off the street every week, or I've been sleeping through my study of the roster...

Walk-on LB out of Eden Prairie. He's been a big special teams player for 2 years. I've never seen him play a defensive snap until just now...
