What was even the point of it anyways? We had no timeouts left. Even if we complete that, he probably doesn't get the first down and the half ends.

He should be fired simply for that decision. Pretty smart move by the math genius. Great percentage of scoring there. Lmfao. Coyle will probably wait til after the season to fire him. Coyle's nice.

My favorite was the missed TD on the first play of the game, or maybe the missed TD to Carter. Maybe it's his total lack of awareness in his 5th year.

No. FCS coaches are smarter than this. Our coaches are idiots.

They Shoot Horses, Don't They? (novel)

Plot summary
The story follows the coach, Tracy Claeys, a naive young head coach from small schools who dreams of being a Head Coach in the BigTen.

The story begins with Tracy's sentencing for murdering a call in a game. He confesses that he "blew it" and that he doesn't "have a leg to stand on." He is advised to beg for mercy from the AD and the fans
 


Leidner has a lot of talent. He's just inconsistent.

(That's a favorite...)

Like one out of every few tosses is right on the mark right where it should be. So he has the talent.
 



Our last play in the first half was ridiculous. Coaching, execution, the cheerleaders were off key... Everything about it was unexplainable. But, good God, some people, please get a grip.
