Patterson is underwhelming at this point

I thought he had a nice game against ORU. He can shoot and he sees his teammates. His defense was fair enough as I recall. He's had a pretty fair career to this point and appears to have improved every year so I think he'll do well enough this year.

I think our season depends on how well the newbies adjust to each other and then to the rigors of the BIG. MM has done well with that as well as Fox. Hawk did as the season progressed. My concern with Patterson is he doesn’t appear to be very athletic and could be dominated by quick and strong BIG guards. Asuma on the other hand seems to be better equipped. We will learn more.
