Yeah you're right I was a bit over zealous. I guess what I mean is he could potentially take over a game the way Trevor would. He will never be as athletic, but he does have good basketball skills/iq. Unlike Elliott, you can tell Mo actually has some coordination and basketball skills a bigman should have. Not to knock Elliot because I think he is improving and is a servicable big that can add hustle/defense/rebounding which is very necessary. I just want to see everyone full strength, great condition etc. Last year was looking truly special before Trevor went down, and if some how Trevor could return near that level along with the addition Mo we could be a great team.

Some positives I noticed. Mo Walker looks good. If he could just get himself into shape/slightly more muscular build to sustain extended minutes and higher activity level the dude would be a monster. Like better than Trevor monster. Maybe that's just a pipe dream but the potential is there. Trevor seems like only a fraction of his previous self, and playing at about 50-75%. It seems like one of those injuries where you are always conscience of it until it feels almost normal. QUOTE]

Mo isn't a great athlete. Even if he lost 30 lbs he would never have Trevor's athletism. That being said he has post and perimeter skills, which is unique is someone his size. Reminds me a little of Oliver Miller at Arkansas. The big O could really shoot it though. Mo doesn't get up and down the floor too well and this could limit his time also. A good current comparison would be Derrick Nix, Michigan St. a former 300 lb guy who slimmed down to 270 and is now a good contributer in the low post. Mo could be better though as Nix has no outside skills.

I agree on Trevor he is not quite there mentally in trusting his knee.

This is how I know that posters on GH are simply here to gripe. Not a single person commented on the post of this statistic. This is the single most important thing that we can take away from the first three games. They have been absolutely relentless on defense, and they deserve credit for this.. regardless of opponents.

For the gripers, these first three games have been an experiment of sorts to see how Tubby can best use the depth of his bench. The more PT that some of the deeper bench players get, the more experience they will be able draw from when the minutes matter most.

How about this for a change.. hallelujah, the team is 3-0 and looking like they stand a real chance of beating Duke, the will be #5 team in the country!! Now, just get past Richmond and fly to the Bahamas.

Another example of you failing to read every comment before stating your false opinion.
