I'm still not sure what happened last game. I left in The Barn just shaking my head not sure what I had just witnessed. I'm long past embracing the suck, it sucks embracing it for so long. And tonight we face the best free throw shooting team in the nation. Would be nice if Dawson cared again, he's really just going through the motions right now. We need him.

I hope Ben was able to refocus this team after the way the OSU game ended. A win over wisconsin sure would bring needed smiles to this program.

before anyone asks - tonight's game is on Peacock.

have fun, gang. I will be at a HS girl-boy basketball double-header tonight.

girls game should be competitive. Boys game could be a mess - my local school is facing the #6-rated team in the state. They have a 6'7" post who is a D1 football recruit, and two other 6'5" forwards. there may be some matchup issues.............and I may be less than average height.

(true story - went to Hy Vee the other day - had to ask the store manager for help - wanted an item that was on the top shelf and I couldn't reach it........)
 

I still can't believe (or maybe can actually entirely believe) how they lost the OSU game. One of the most impressive choke jobs I've ever seen in all of sports. Kudos boys.

Well, to be fair, that HyVee isn't the most accessible store in the chain. 😏

The Mausoleum is a perfect name for that Soviet era arena they built on the corner of Dayton and N Francés.
Unfortunately, I can't see the Gophers hanging anywhere close tonight. We spent our rabbits foot on Monday and came up short.

Let's lock up those Minnesotan's. On the bright side, we probably made the right choice between Asuma and Freitag

I don't know....if you can get in for free to see a game in a packed environment that isn't all bad. Maybe just leave the Gopher gear at home. Wear white and go incognito....:)

This was wise. If you don't take care of you, nobody will, and definitely not Gophers MBB.

lol....refs call a carry in the backcourt on Patterson. Looking like it's going to be a 6 on 5 situation tonight.
