I can't believe the refs upstairs didn't take a look at that hit on Mitch.

Great half. Up 10, could easily have been 14 if Wolitarsky doesn't drop the TD pass.

For all those on here that have been hating on Leidner all season he was easily the difference in the first half. Badger defense has not had an answer for him to this point and this is a very good defense. Easily the best he has played all year, let's hope he can keep it up in the second half.
 



Obviously, the Skunks are going to make adjustment. Hopefully we can adjust to their adjustments and kick Becky a$$!!!

I go back and forth on this one. Perhaps at least go 20 seconds before calling a time out, but you never know how much time you're going to need and with the defense playing tough it turned out to be a good move.
 

Whatever happens, I'll remember that first half for a long time.
 

I seem to remember a game, at home, that we led by 10 with 3:30 to go in the game and we managed to lose. This game is far from over. Let pound them in the 2nd half by 20. However, if their receivers decide to start catching the ball they will cut into our lead quickly.

Whatever happens, at least the Gophs showed up for a big game. That'S one thing you have to say about this team. They've had a chance to win every game. How many seasons could we have said that in the past ? of years.
 



The message at half better be to bury them. Lets crush them and leave no doubt! Start getting pressure on their QB and our offense keep it up and we can run away with this game and really enjoy it.
 

Wisconsin is in a playoff race and they can't even sell out their last home game. Lol.
 

Wisconsin did a good job game planning for our pressure in the first half...see how they do trailing when they have to throw more. If we can go up one more score it will really open up our blitz packages...go gophers!

That's the issue I had. We had 3 timeouts left. Let the clock run down a bit, then take the TO. Glad it didn't hurt us in the end.

Our students have showed up for the Thanksgiving Wisconsin game the last 2 times. And we were obviously in no playoff race.

And there are non student seats that are empty today.
 

Gopher holers inside Randall...good turn out and assuming everyone pumped!??
 



Big drive for the defense to start the half. A quick stop would be huge.
