They are athletic but they're also very experienced and used to playing with each other. It doesn't hurt to have a 7'4" guy against an undersized team either.

It felt like whenever we played road games against ranked teams the past few years, we had to work so damn hard for every point. Even the makes felt lucky.

Nice first half, especially defensively for the Gophers. Purdue has been putting good pressure on the Gophers out front. Nice to see us be patient on offense and get some good cuts late in the offense to get looks in close. Johnson 5-12 from range after 3 halfs of Big Ten play; stay hot. Smith is an amazing talent! Tough guy to stay in front of, not to mention his ability to find open teammates. Once again, we are probably rebounding much better than expected when you look at our line-up. Hope we can keep up the pace and effort for the final 20 minutes.

there's no choice with a 7 man rotation unless you want to play Turner. I guess it would be worth a try.
