Just look at the poster turnover on the Gophers. Our issue is that our couch is only putting 2 or 3 legit Big Ten caliber players on the floor

The talent needs to be better but it's not the worst in the B1G. But we have no system and aren't able to develop the talent we do have either.

I agree with the bolded part but having to recruit almost a whole new team each year is not a recipe for success for most teams, especially not a program like ours who can't recruit 10 new quality transfers. Only someone like Calipari might be able to pull that off if he coached here.
