Wait… Iowa’s punt returner waved his hand and caught the ball and he was down at the spot. I thought the returners job was just to wave their arms aggressively to make sure that no one touches the ball because it’s illegal for anyone on the return team to touch the ball.

It’s coaching that they have a marginal D3 player returning punts and kick offs. I think PJ 17 thinks it’s cute.
