Iowa is good. Good looking, inspired, well-disciplined team. Number 5 in the country with no Five Star recruits. First time I've seen them this year. I'm impressed. On our side, I'm impressed with our offense. With any defense at all, we'd be beating the number five team in the country at halftime. Iowa hasn't punted. I don't know if they faced a third down on a 97 yard drive! Not sure our defense has the team spirit and pride we need.
 

I'd walk my team off the field in protest and then they can fire my ass. We're giving up 90 yard drives b/c we're playing against Iowa and the refs.
 

Down by 10 at half because they have let Iowa rush for 158 yards and convert 6 of 7 3rd downs.

Refs have nothing to do with it.

Volleyball team knocks off PSU in three sets! Great job.
 

3rd down d is the story of the first half. we cut those 6 conversions in half and its an entirely different ball game.

Should have been penalized.

Iowans defense is the worst Big Ten D of them, OSU, Mich, NW.

If we can get a stop....this game looks a lot different. Our guys seem to be almost unaware of where the ball carrier or QB is at times. Atrocious play by Poock. Needs to get his head in the game or take a seat.

Stayed out of here to enjoy the game and not waste time reading all the complaints about fixes and what not that are the SOP around here of late. Felt like the half was called evenly for both sides on the officials standpoint so figured i would take a peek to see how things were here....and of course the vast majority are complaining about the refs....

Clearly we can't be losing at this point because Iowa is out playing us....it has to be the refs.
 




I realize we have injuries, but the Iowa offense is not better than OSU...

YUP, THAT IS THE ONE I AM FUMING ABOUT. HOW CAN ANYONE MISS THAT ONE? IT'S BASICALLY THOSE 3 PLAYERS ALONE IN THE BACKFIELD.

Gopher D almost looks as bad as Winnipeg's D. They're going down 7- 0 to the Preds. (Sorry for the tangent, but the Nashville feed on FOX is about all the hockey I can get in Atlanta.)

Agree. Defense needs to show some pride.
