Fun season!!! Better than the last 3 years
time to move on to recruiting and keeping the roster intact
Clearly you don't pay attention to college basketball if you think this is embarrassing.Nothing like getting embarrassed by Indiana St. Minnesota big 3 athletics, the more things stay the same, the more things stay the same.
FIFY.Ben won't play his bench.
Indiana State is not a bad team and it was a home game for them.Nothing like getting embarrassed by Indiana St. Minnesota big 3 athletics, the more things stay the same, the more things stay the same.
Yeah so many opportunities, but just didn't get it done. Other teams seem to play with knowing they are good but the Gophs play hoping not to screw it up.That play encapsulates the Gopher season. Nice play on one end immediately followed a blown alley-oop.

How is having the much higher rated team win an "embarrassment"?
It flabbergasts that he doesn't have enough sense to do it. Baffling.Ben won't play his bench when the game is over.
Yes. He's elevated the talent level from awful (which was on him) to mediocre. But he has shown zero ability to coach it up from mediocre to good. And he's not suddenly going to figure it out now. The odds of retaining all five starters are low, so where's this improvement next year going to come from? If we lose more than one starter it's likely a dead coach walking situation. That's no good for anyone. That's just it. People think somehow it's going to magically improve enough to matter.
Johnson sucks. Outside of unsustainable 3 ot hot streaks, his teams play well below their talent level.
He's gonna get fired. Now, next March, January 2025, it's inevitable. Just a matter of time.
Failed alley-oop at the end is quite appropriate for this game. Yikes.
He could stand to drop 10-70 pounds, yeahSomeone needs a manzier... or bro

Sucks to lose but this was a road game against a very solid team.
Maybe so, but a bad look nonetheless.Maybe he's trying to induce as many reserve transfers as possible. I won't be upset if that's what happens. This team needs an infusion of talent.
Nice titties on that fella.
Said it before but I think mediocre is the ceiling for BenYes. He's elevated the talent level from awful (which was on him) to mediocre. Ben needs to let Ihnen go and use the scholarship on some speed and defense
This season could well be the peak. We fired Tubby after making 2nd round of the NCAA's as a double digit seed not because that season was unacceptable on its own, but because it was obvious from the recruiting that that was as good as it was going to get. How far the bar has fallen in a decade.Said it before but I think mediocre is the ceiling for Ben
A few fricking seconds at the end? Really disappointing. Not sure if he understands that part of being a team. He really loses me on his handling of this. It’s not fair to the guys who show up every day and practice
