If we round into form by the time the conference season starts it'll be worth it. We already play a 9 conference game schedule, I don't mind an FCS once in awhile.
 



We need a couple of cream puffs. It is a good Gopher diet.

As any official will tell you, it's subjective. As in, I like this coach/player/team so it's subjective. Maybe he has a little money on the side. Maybe Coach X called out his crew last season. Humans are involved.

In the next ten years I'd think imaging and AI technology will progress to the point we we can get rid of these bozos. robots will spot the holding and PI and targeting with precision.

Of course, when the NFL brought in scabs that were calling fouls by the book, eg holding, the coaches and players lost their minds. Like disciplining 7 year olds.

It helps that their punter is especially awful.

Maybe it was just me but it looked like they did pick up the tempo at the end of the half. Much different than the gophers of old. However I could be mistaken.

True, overall they did. But when they got the ball back with about 2 min to go, they gained about 10 yards that 1st minute. The last 60 seconds they picked it up though. Even though it's a FCS school, it's encouraging to see the offense really clicking downfield
 







Don't bring players back too soon. Just plain stupid to have Lingen in there when he was just cleared to practice this week. We need him for the regular season. Give the kid from Michigan some reps.

Agreed. Shouldn't even be in right now. Double bad call.
 

Ask any kid coming out of injury who is competitive if they are ready. They all most likely will say yes.
 


Lingen to locker room. Ugh. Even a blow out can't keep injury bug away.

Really hope this is last series for starters on offense. Get the backups, especially a backup QB some reps.
 


I can't remember the last Gopher game I watched while feeling so relaxed .... weird feeling...
