They looked tired, lack of depth is showing, I am afraid this is what we are going to see in the B1G, there is a reason you go 1 for 15 or whatever it is.
 

This team's worse than I thought. That's certainly not good.
 


Hollins and Eliason both big disappointments tonight.
 


Why has Mason barely been on the floor the second half? I don't get it.

A lot of things to work on.

EE needs to stop whining.
Mo needs to stop playing like a wet noodle.
Morris needs to get a handle on the ball.
Andre needs to take more leadership of the team. We may have seniors, but they're playing like sophomores.
 





Just a horrendous second half. Our seniors have not been good at all.
 


Twice we had layups that we passed up for a three pointer. It would be a two point game if we make those.
 

I can't put how disappointed I am in words right now. I was so upbeat for the season. I haven't given up, but I am not expecting to make the tournament this year. Please prove me wrong team.
 




I think Richard doesn't have Mason in because he's looking for #4 to drive the lane more and penetrate and he's looking for #1 to show some leadership and score.

I'm sticking with point shaving. Makes me feel better at least.

Gophers just stopped moving the ball. They were tentative and confused all night. Had no idea how to make the extra pass. Just horrible. Figured since SJ was playing 1 on 1, we figured we would too.
 

Unless you literally have almost no time left, always take the essentially guaranteed 2 over a 3.
 

So we'll have 2 days before we play (most likely) Georgia in the consolation game. Hopefully 2 days is enough to learn how to dribble and pass.

With this loss, they'll have to go 11-7 in the Big Ten or better I would think.
 

The Seniors played terrible this game... but half of the blame has to go to Coach Pitino. Why on earth is Mason on the bench? He's outplayed both Dre's combined.
 

Pitino needs to destroy the seniors in the post game press conference...light a fire under them. St. John's 6th man of the game Elliot Ellison
 

Wow, you put in Mason in with 26 seconds left. wth Pitino.
 

This game was going to be one of maybe two resume making wins out of conference. We're in for a rough year folks. Buckle up.
 

This team is good if it's senior guards are good. Ours were awful tonight. Just awful.

"Destroy the seniors" isn't that why so many hated tubby? I think it's more about guys accepting their roles...feels like we have a bunch of generals and no soldiers.
 


Is this one of those deals where the "Tubby recruits" don't fit with the new regime?

More like we have no generals, a couple soldiers, and a bunch of Benedict Arnolds.
