Are we expected to be this bad from three all year? Shooting seems to be our biggest weakness.
 

Biggest difference in this game is the rebounding advantage to Louisville. Gophers only getting one chance on offense.

This. Bilas touched on it once, but they haven't talked about it much. Huge factor in the game.
 

The Good: Andre Hollins, Nate Mason, Mo Walker
The Bad: Squirrel Morris, Bakary Konate
The Ugly: Daquien McNeil, Deandre Mathieu, Joey King
 



I think we have to run our offense through hollins all day. Too many bad quick shots by certain players. Would be nice to see him get a chance to make a play every time down the court.

I would have been satisfied with a 5-7 point loss. But after watching how bad we played, I am not happy at all. Missed free throws, stupid fouls, etc. etc.

We've heard that Deandre has been unfocused in practice and the scrimmage. I'm a little worried.

Konate looks like he could be very good at some point though. He could be very physically dominant.

Agree this has been ugly but when we have forced Louisville into an actual offensive set we haven't let them dominate the game...they are just killing us on the fast break and free throws.
 


Made me pretty happy to see Harrell get burned there after celebrating too much. He's good but man he's one cocky dude.
 



Mathieu needs to get his head out and start playing.
 



I'm happy with Hollins and Mason. Really disappointed in Morris and lil Dre. I think we will be fine this year though.

Side note, but Harrell seems like kind of a jackass. He's really good, but he could talk less in my opinion.
 


I was hoping for a closer game, but I'm super impressed by Nate Mason and glad to see that Andre is looking better. I think this will be a good season for us. Louisville is next-level.
 


Mathieu had games like this last year too, where early foul trouble puts him in a bad mood the whole game. Gotta expect more from our senior PG.
