***OFFICIAL GOPHERS VS HOOSIERS IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Mo is not a big game player, and I'll always stand by that. He's there in meaningless games, but when a game matters most, he'll be a dud.

Awesome game so far by Joey! But I don't understand why Eliason is playing. He's awful.

On offense king is playing awesome his defense needs to step up. Three people have shot wide open shots and made them when he was covering them.

The issue is he has really 1 asset and he's not even consistent with it and that's scoring. Good teams as you say can shut him down.

He can't play d and his rebounding for a big guy is just bad.

So he's pretty all or nothing leading to lots of head shaking.

Why does King continue to play? He makes mistakes just about every defensive possession. Someone comes in for him, makes one mistake and there are taken out right away.

We could play better defense and rebound better, but there's really not much you can do when they drain 3s like IU has done tonight. Plenty of time left, but we need some steals and transition points to make our way back.

Sure Indiana, why not pick today to play like a freaking NBA team... Geez.

Anyone who gave me crap about King should just go away. This coach should be canned over the playing time that kiod gets. Does he have a clue on how to play? Why is he ever on the court. That's right , attack me for saying the obvious.

Buggs has had himself a nice little game.

Buggs is turning into more than a novelty player. By next year he is going to be a solid player- I love what we are seeing from him. We are getting pounded by a hot team but this is at least a fun game to watch.

Lots of coaches do this for some reason. Give the vets more of a leash.

But why does he play? Because we have literally nothing in the front court.

Joey would be a solid role player. He gets a bad rap because he's forced into being a starter do to personnel.

When King is 20 feet away, it makes it easy,

Nobody makes shots like this in warmups even. Turns my stomach when I see the Badgers dare teams to shoot and it's brick after brick.

No, he's awful and should never play. I've never seen a worse college player, seriously. Why can't you people see this?

Nobody is saying he is good. There is just literally no other option at the 4 for this team.

And he's not worse than Derrick Wilson.

The snipers I watch in warm ups hit threes at a 50% clip easy.

Indy is hot yes, but we aren't helping the cause. Get a dang hand in their face.

I meant in this game. He should play overall because we don't have a choice but tonight he is exceptionally bad on defense. He is getting exposed big time.

Start Buggs over King going forward. Please.

Always a shame to see Mo lose out on a rebound to a 6'4" guard.

He's the best 4 on our roster by far, in my opinion. People hate on him all the time then say nothing when he puts up 15 and 8.

Agreed on his defense but that's our teams issue. Don't really have a player that can play D and offense. Morris, Joey and Mo are all terrible on D. And I have more offense than Elliot.

I was sure the Gophers had gotten better than this.
