Maybe Amelia can do the nitty gritty and do a study on Gophers shooting % on front end of the 1 and 1...It can't be over 50%.
 

I never thought I would say this - EE and Ingram are the only reasons MN is in the game at all...

Nebraska with foul trouble and no bench out playing us. The worst the Hollines, Coleman, and Williams have collectively played all year.

Can't really complain about EE and Ingram tonight. Theyve done a nice job! The guards on the other hand? Uhhhhhh....
 


I counted 5 airballs....We really make their defense look awesome.

I would be nice to get some shooters rather than all the "athletes" we seem to recruit. At some point, you gotta put the ball in the hole. 21 points at half against Nebraska? C'mon, man.

Well, to only be down by two at the half is pretty good with how we look so far.

Oh yeah, and Jim Jackson is SPOT ON with his halftime analysis. Getting worked on 'effort/hustle' plays. IMO.
 


Tubby needs to stop coacing scared and put the full court press on...We need more tempo...I don't care if that gives Nebraska 10 points...We need a faster game...we have no shot of winning this pace with our offensive woes.
 

I think the good news is that I have trouble imagining us playing any worse, and yet we are right in it. That was a horrendous half for us.

Why don't they stick a five digit number on that guy Bigelow keeps referring to as a "vending machine"? He has to be big enough to warrant his own zip code.
 

This smells like Northwestern. No shows from Hollins X2, and Williams.

Correct! Considering they have "no bench" and we're the superior athletic team, that should have been the gameplan all along. The team needs energy, pressing and getting out of the slow-paced game should light that fire.
