Henley does a lot of stupid things on the floor. Physically looks the part but my dude can we not take a terrible shot or make an awful pass??

right lol, didn't carrington also have 2 steals in the 1st half?
Steals a bad stat, randomly picking up the ball can be classified as a steal. Defend his defense if you want, but he has been getting blown by…it’s just an observation. Are we only allowed to say positive things? He has tall hair…

Refs calling a shot clock violation on that tells you everything you need to know. You don't see that on many Big Ten courts....especially against some non-con foes.

Given that we can't rebound and can't shoot FT it's a viable game plan to put bench warmers in to foul every possession

Garcia doesn’t seem 6’11. Definitely doesn’t look 6” taller than Ramberg

This is the same as last year. If we hit some threes we might surprise someone but 10-18 is the ceiling.

Maybe put in a guard who can hit free throws now?

I can identify Cooper's FT issue from my couch. Why is he spring loading a shot from that distance? No need to add that extra movement in a shot that close. None. Coaches!?

last year didn't count. year 0. unprecedented times. new coach. roster exodus. 2 primary rotation guys out for season. coyle is a year 0 believer which is why ben got an extension so he could start his 5 year contract over. In all seriousness, we may struggle to beat anyone we can't hold under 60, but they're a lot more fun to watch this year!

Battle, Garcia, and Cooper will score 50 alone I think.

Looks like it’s going to be a long season from what I have seen so far. Hope Battle gets back soon.

From a team that identified shooting as THE most important skill in the players who we recruit. Wait until he has all his own recruits ... so he can select the guys he wants.
UM...let's see there is Ihnen and...and hmmm

Really a litany of things to improve upon, but thought the effort was a little better tonight. Weaker opponent of course. I will take the W

That’s gotta be incorrect on ESPN. They have them for 22.
No way.
Unfortunately its correct. I am seriously wondering what the season record is for giving up offensive rebounds for a team, I think this group may attain that record. I can't imagine what is going to happen to them in the B1G; MSU may get 35 offensive rebounds on them unless they make most of their shots so they don't need to bother.

Will be interesting to see them play once Battle is back and Ramberg returns to sparse reserve role.

Personally I think Ramberg has done more in 4 games this season than Thiam or Ogele did all of last year. Depth definitely is better on this team. We look like we have 10 guys who can contribute at least some quality minutes most games instead of about 7.
