I would like to announce that I am also not a suspect in this case.

Not that it matters, but the game was over by 7:15. Why wouldn't they be back by 11? It can't be more than an hour flight. They fly charter.

I thought I saw a tweet from someone they were all at the Library after the game. Admittedly, not sure if that is the studious library or the drinking library.

They were back I would guess though.

One thing Myron could tell you is that that they weren't at the U's Practice Facility getting their shots up at 2 AM! Also, it was very, very cold in Minnesota on Sunday.

How do you know what Myron could tell us? Are you Myron? Were you at the U's Practice Facility to see if they were or not?

Well Pitino has implemented a season long prohibition from drinking so I'd be surprised if they were at the library bar, especially since the managers are encouraged to report to the coaches if they know of any players drinking.

There are other reasons to go to a bar, especially around closing time:)

The audience of The Daily is U students. If they give the location of the apartment, a bunch of people know that the 3 live in that building. Alleviating rumors probably was the reason that they were named as non-suspects.

Because, Myron works 'they don't have a practice facility' and 'it's cold there' into every article about the U.

IMO, all we have to do to get the true story is just stick with GopherHole. Our commentors have all sorts of sources close to the situation. Be patient, GH will give us the truth.

Really? Out of 50,000 "U" students and another 3 million residents in the Twin Cities, how many do you think know the address of those three athletes? Maybe 100? 50? So, The Daily decides it will do a public service to these guys and throw their names into a sexual assault story that they have nothing to do with? Now, instead of maybe 30 people wondering, they have thousands of people wondering?? Yeah, that makes sense. Sorry, that's a horrible reason for running their names.

If what the Strib reports is true, and there are no names in the public police report, then these three athletes have a HUGE gripe with this student-run paper. HUGE.
