I'm excited to see him. I hope if it's true that the next time he screws up he's gone. I hope he doesn't and has a great career.

I don't imagione this is good.As Bleed told me doesn't think Tubby would let him make a statement this way.

Oh God! I sense another Royce White embarassment for the University coming. Hopefully someone at the U will stop him.
 



The last thing anybody needs, including Royce, is to start spreading rumors about this or that. If Royce chooses to speak out against his suspension or whatever without being reinstated, it would be grounds to be kicked off the team. In other words, if he spouts off (depending upon what he says) without being reinstated, he would be effectively kicking himself off the team.

If he is indeed going to make a statement, I will put as much stock into what Royce has to say as I did the line of bull he fed Gopher fans and Nadine (through no fault of Nadine's) via his interview/summer blog.
 

When you plead guilty to a crime do you agree not to come back and dispute what you pled?

I just can't see how Royce thinks it is a good idea to do anything other than lay low but he doesn't exercise the best judgement.

As far as the "REAL Royce White Story" on YouTube tonight ... I don't know what's up with that. But I will tune in like everyone else to see it. But if White has any hopes of ever returning to the Gophers, university officials and his own lawyer will shut down his YouTube plans ASAP. He shouldn't talk right now, especially since he's still being investigated as a suspect in an on-campus burglary.

Ok .. so I guess Royce isn't coming back. Myron seems to have covered his bases. I still wouldn't be surprised though. If the redshirt date is accurate they have to do something with him.

It is his real Twitter page, I know this because I was the only person he followed last year (that's how I even found him on there), and made a comment to him about it, a joke.

I'm 95% sure he's not back on the team (actually 99%). This is one of these things that can be taken completely out of context, like when guys post on their Facebook "I am so over this" or something like that. People assume they're over basketball/football, when they're really annoyed with their girlfriend or something.

Myron did post that Slieter said he's not back, go with that.

I'm guessing he's just making some kind of funny movie with friends or something, and I am guessing after all this, there's no way Tubby lets him put it up - even if it's completely not basketball related.
 

maybe its because he hasnt tweeted since the 25th where before he tweeted semiregularly....back as in back on the internet, which mean something has changed with his status, hopefully for the better
 

I just wish everything could get straightened out so this kid could get back on the team and show us all just how damn good he is.
 

I agree. This may be a whole lot of nothing. It's an 18 year-old kid posting something on Twitter. Everyone relax. I'm guessing that after all the commotion this has caused, you won't ever hear boo about any You-tube video or anything else if Tubby has anything to do with it.
