You raise an interesting subject. While it is no guarantee that players return, they may at least have the intention of considering it. This may create a better dynamic as the year goes on, if guys think there is a future to play for with this coach and team.
 



So at this point with Summer workouts already started, are we thinking they will add 2 more players? If we do add anyone, is there a chance that they are more than a practice squad body? Are there still Big Ten quality players left in the portal?

I appears these guys are on scholarship and that's all she wrote.

I guess overall I am happy with the roster so shouldn't gripe too much with 14th 15th guys, I was holding out hope for 1 more big body just in case. I know Niko didn't rely on old school big men but in the big 10 never hurts to have an extra at the end of the bench just in case.
 




Great to have a couple extra short guards. Who needs backup big men for injury insurance? Not us.
