Only three seniors, doesn't mean much in todays game but with more money and some success there is a better chance you can keep the guys you want.

You raise an interesting subject. While it is no guarantee that players return, they may at least have the intention of considering it. This may create a better dynamic as the year goes on, if guys think there is a future to play for with this coach and team.
