Australian Prog/Hard Rock band, Karnivool, is putting out their fourth album after around a 12-13 year hiatus. The song they released today is 10/10....but all four songs released so far are very good. Very early contender for best album of the year.


 

If there are any indie folk fans out there, Marc Scibilia is an up and coming singer who writes amazing lyrics and has a great voice. Here's his latest, love this song.

Mumford & Sons are the Musical Guest for this week's Saturday Night Live.
 

Got around to listening to the latest Biffy Clyro album, Futique, and it's very good.....which isn't a surprise. What IS surprising is that the standout track (imo) is a ballad. But there's a bunch of great tracks.





They happen to be playing The Fillmore this Saturday (April 25th) and I'm going to be out of town unfortunately.....

New Failure record (Location Lost) has been out for a little over a month now. Didn't hit me immediately like 'Wild Type Droid'.....but damn if it isn't another great album.
